Sales of sports nutrition products dropped for all members of the European Specialist Sports Nutrition Alliance (ESSNA), with a third also reporting challenges with transportation, raw material delivery and lost partnerships. That said, there are opportunities ahead as well including new media approaches, the growth of e-commerce, and greater personal interest in active wellness.
