The Women’s Networking Breakfast at Vitafoods Europe 2024 brought together industry players to celebrate the women making waves within nutraceuticals and challenging the status quo, from scientist to CEO.
In a panel discussion entitled “Her wellness journey: Nutrition, health, and professional success across life stages”, experts debated if, and how, the nutraceutical industry is serving women’s health needs.
The panel – consisting of Monique van de Vijver, innovation manager for health at Solidaridad; Ashley Harmon, founder and CEO of Mela Vitamins; and Lia Carlucci, managing director at Food Campus Berlin – discussed aspects including nutrition research, product development, and professional progress.
