A nourishing and energetic fun vinyasa flow to allow you to connect to your breath, raise your heartrate and work every muscle group in your body. We also include a short HIIT segment using a Tabata timer (20 segment bursts with 10 second rests for 8 rounds). We close off our practice with a relaxing and replenishing cool down.
Narisa Wild is originally from the UK where she was a dedicated student of Bikram yoga. In 2007, Narisa moved to NY with her family and fell in love with hot power yoga and vinyasa. After the arrival of her third child, she took the plunge to complete her YogaWorks 200RYT Teacher Training in 2013 in NYC and hasn’t looked back. In 2014, she moved to Colorado and was drawn to SUP yoga (water is her happy place) and Barre.
Narisa focuses on health, wellness, self-improvement, and education. She believes in curiosity, the never-ending journey of learning, and the process of improving the self through helping others.
In 2019 she completed her yoga sculpt teacher training as well as her Fire Hot Series training. Working full time in a demanding corporate job at Informa Markets, Narisa seeks balance and rejuvenation through community practice as she explores new ways to shape and develop her mind, body, and breath.
