Morten has more than 20 years of experience in various commercial and strategic roles. He joined IFF Health via merge with DuPont in 2020 and previously joined DuPont via the Danisco acquisition back in 2011. His previous experience was at Lallemand where he worked as Commercial Director responsible for Sales & Regional Key Accounts in Europe. Within DuPont, Morten had an instrumental role in building the EMEA sales team and growing the Probiotics Business. On top, he was in charge of some Regional Key Accounts himself. His role evolved into a broader strategic sales role developing high strategic relationships with Regional Key Accounts. Within IFF Health, Morten is leading the EMEA Sales Team, developing and executing the regional strategy. He is responsible for ensuring “best in class” sales team performance, and commercial excellence across broader support functions. Morten owns a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration; Strategic Sales & Marketing, and Export Engineer, Bachelor of engineering.
