For over 10 years, Poon has been advising companies on regulatory strategy for product development and marketing. She also manages the Secretariat of Scientific Committee for ASEAN TMHS PWG. She is a biotechnologist and graduated with a MSc in Biopharmaceuticals.

Anja Derijck is a regulatory affairs associate at Food Compliance International (FCI), a consultancy specialised in food regulatory services around the world, where she focuses on solutions for the EU. Anja has professional experience in food policy since 2018, when she worked as a civil servant for the administrative fine division of the Belgian Food Agency. Following this, she traded her desk job for field experience with World Health Organization in Mauritania, where she was part of the ‘Innovation and partnership’ cluster. Now, she combines her regulatory work for FCI with working as a nutritionist in her own company, GSFit.
