Research conducted by GOED and featured in the January edition of the Digital Magazine (The Widespread Appeal of Omega-3s) showed in most countries in the world, heart health was the dominant reason for increasing consumption of omega-3s, especially when considering the 'trigylcerides', 'blood pressure' and 'cholesterol' categories are heart health focused. A new infographic from GOED now indicates that EPA and DHA omega-3s may lower the risk of coronary heart disease.
