In Europe, the demand for EFSA-approved health claims associated with immune health is at an all-time high, with many brands looking to do quick launches of simpler products, while others are developing innovative formulations with a longer-term strategy that supports brand development and builds customer loyalty. Regulatory bodies and public health institutions also recognise the consumer demand, and are working to ensure shoppers have the information they need to make informed decisions about products that can optimise their immune health.

There is an overlap of information about what to take, who to buy from and how to understand claims that could easily overwhelm or confuse consumers. Instead, brands have the opportunity to improve messaging to cut through the noise and differentiate their brand value. Further, innovative ingredients with clinical substantiation are available to product developers looking for the ability to offer new products—many with unique delivery forms—that can address consumer desires. Discover the market opportunities and supplier insights supporting this growth.

Presentations in this webinar:

How do HRB probiotics benefit immunity? Here’s the science

Immune balance: The compelling link between HRB probiotics and the immune system

As the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic evolves exponentially, consumer concerns about immunity are understandably heightened at this time. Immunity is the main mechanism of host defence against infectious agents. A healthy and well-balanced immune system could not only reduce the risk of getting viral and bacterial infections but also promote lifelong wellness. Probiotics have emerged as candidates for improving immune health. However, not all probiotics have the same immune-modulating activity and the effects are strain-specific and residential origin-dependent. In this webinar you will learn what aspects of Morinaga Human-Residential Bifidobacteria (HRB) strains can support immune health throughout human lifespan based on the clinical evidence available at this stage.

Why should you attend?

  • Gain insights into the reasons Human-Residential Bifidobacteria (HRB) are the natural inhabitants of human gut

  • Walk away with the connection between HRB probiotics and immunity

  • Learn the science behind Morinaga HRB probiotic strains on immune health in people from all walks of life
