She has spent the last 10+ years in various R&D and commercial roles in both FMCG and ingredient supplier companies. Currently she focuses on the marketing and positioning of BASFs Human Nutrition ingredients portfolio. Meeting regional customer needs and digitalizing the journey are high on the agenda. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmacy.

Marianne Heer is Global Scientific Marketing Lead Human Nutrition at BASF SE. She brings more than 20 years of experience from her assignments in Marketing, Medical and R&D roles in the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry. She has been focusing on developing dietary solutions and communication programs for individuals with special needs (e. g. Clinical Nutrition, Cardiovascular Diseases and Metabolic Disorders) as well as tailored nutritional offerings for consumers in the various life-stages (e. g.
