In this study, Valentis compares different curcumin ingredients to assess impact on bioavailability and anti-inflammatory effect in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis. Basic curcumin, curcumin with piperine, micellar and microencapsulated curcumin (as SmartHitIV) are tested for their efficacy.
