Robert Hickner

Associate dean, Florida State University

Professor Robert Hickner is associate dean for research and graduate studies at Florida State University. His research interests are broad and involve investigating how exercise and nutrition impact on the regulation metabolism and blood flow in peripheral tissues to improve cardio-metabolic disease risk across the lifespan. He is also a multi-sport athlete and has competed in many triathlons including the Hawaii Ironman World Championship.
